How We Protect Your Account and Data

Payment Encryption

All UPI, Paytm and PhonePe transactions are encrypted end-to-end. We never store full payment credentials; only transaction IDs and verification hashes are retained in our system.

Data Separation

Personal data, account credentials and transaction history are stored in separate secure databases. Access is restricted to authorised personnel only, and all access is logged.

Retention Periods

We keep account and transaction data for seven years after closure for regulatory compliance. Personal information like email or phone is deleted upon request unless a legal hold applies.

Account Verification

Large withdrawals trigger additional verification steps to confirm account ownership. This protects you from unauthorised transfers and speeds dispute resolution if issues arise.
